Tilt and trim help please

Hello, I just joined this forum today. I am literally new to boating. I just bought my first boat. It's a 1993 pontoon with a 40 horse Force by Mercury outboard. I cleaned up the carburetor and it fired up and runs good. The tilt and trim did not work. I checked the relays and they tested good. The two plug wire going to the trim motor was rotted. Copper was literally visible through the jacket. I thought maybe that was the problem, so I took the four bolts out of the top of the trim motor to find where the wires were attached. When I removed the top cover I found that the thing was completely full of water. The small electric motor was submerged and rusted up. I pulled it out and it is completely seized up. I could take it to the local auto electric repair shop, but I may just replace it with a new one. Searching the Internet for the electric motor for a trim motor brings up the complete motor assembly. Can anyone tell me what to call the electric motor and where to find one. Thanks.
