tiller handle extension... 1980 15 hp

I've got a 1980 johnson 15hp and I could use another foot or so of tiller handle. I was wondering if any of you guys know of a slick way to extend it. I considered just putting a piece of pvc pipe over it but the grip is coned and is an odd size. That method is also a little ghetto in my opinion...

Does johnson have a part for this? reasonably priced? Anyone ever come up with a slick modification? This is by no means a tough project but I thought I'd try to find a cooler idea here. Thanks

Thanks... all the ones I'd seen before were jointed... the 18inch fixed handle should work fine if it'll fit around my grip.
