Hi, I have a Tohatsu 9.8 two stroke (circa 2015). It has been stored in a Lazarette for a long time with the tiller arm folded in the up position. The arm now seems to be frozen in this position. I have tried introducing penetrating oil and working it loose without success. There are two nuts that seem to hold it in place - I have managed to loosen these but the tiller arm is still frozen stiff. Any advice on how to get this loose?
