Throttle handle issue

Hello,
My engine is a 1982 Honda BF100C that I've asked many questions about on this forum in the past. My current problem pertains to the throttle handle. The handle grip (the part that twists)has begun to vibrate off of the tiller shaft during operation. It is not difficult to manipulate it back onto the shaft, but then it happens again. This is an great old motor that we've used for 3 seasons now, but this is a new problem. What, if anything, "holds" the handle on the shaft? It's been a while since I've been on this Honda forum, but I thought I remembered an extensive parts catalog(like the one on the Evinrude page) with exploded views, which I don't see now. This isn't a problem that will keep the motor out of commision, but it could be a safety issue. Thank you all for your help.

Mike,
Great to hear from you again now that I'm back on the Honda forum after spending the Winter fixing the old 25 horse Evinrude I bought so we could fish on the river. The thing that threw me was that the set screw in question (#20) is still in the tiller handle, and the grip still came off. I noticed that the screw also holds in place a plastic flange of sorts that the grip slides into, and I thought it may be for that purpose. Perhaps the "flange" is actually a part of the grip itself, and the grip's coming off because this piece has disattached itself due to wear. Now the grip won't go back on at all, and I think if the screw is now keeping it from seating. Shouldn't be too hard a fix. Thanks as always for your help and any other thoughts you may have on this subject.

James
