throttle grips 88 9.9hp

The throttle grip with the cable assy works on a Helix with rollers and was wondering if there is supposed to be grease in the grooves?Previous owner told me he replaced the grip at some point.I have to replace the cable since it is binding and tried getting lube in it and when taking it apart one of the rollers was missing(thought I dropped it, but apparently not)and no grease is on the inside where the rollers goes.thanks

Need a model #. You will need to replace the missing parts that could be causing the cable to hang up.
