throttle controls

need help guys.i hooked up omc controls to my 40 hp johnson my tilt trim work ok,when i turn on key there is a beep, but when i turn key all the way nothing happens ,theres no power going to starter,cross out starter and it ingages.cables and batt are good ,fuse ok.kill switch ok.just no power when i turn key on any help much app.thanks

Put 12 volts to the solenoid ( small terminal from the harness) to see if it engages and cranks the motor, if not check the ground wire on the solenoid. If that is ok then perhaps it is a bad solenoid

Not motor smart.is solenoid with a heavy ground and pos wire on it and 2 small terminals on it also ,told you I needed help .thanks

Found problem,wire broke inside control box. Thanks for your input.
