"I have recently bought a 97 200hp carb evinrude. I have been tinkering with the motor and it runs good. My Seloc manual says the throttle roller clearance from the timing advance cam should be set at .005" clearance. There is close to .040" as is. I bought a new roller and o ring to replace it if necessary. If I adjust the clearance, I believe I will have to reset the timing, is it worth it? Thanks for any and all advice!!!"
