Testing coils

1975 70 HP Evinrude. Motor rpm intermittently jumps up and down. 90% sure it’s ignition related. Cleaned all contacts replaced spark plugs and wires. Problem improve but still happens. Thinking it’s a bad coil. Ohm on coil 2 & 3 is 2.1 ohm on coil 1 is 2.0 Any other ways to test coils or ignition system for this intermittent misfire?
 
Run with a timing light laying on a seat or floor of the boat.----Test 1 cylinder at a time and see how spark behaves
