Not much info on them as they are engine specific. I did a quick search and found a thread where a couple of contributors here talked about using an old prop to make one. Note, to use this properly you'll need to have the boat in the water (tied to the dock or on the trailer) or drop the lower unit in a tank (minimum 3"-6" water level above the anti-ventilation plate) to get back pressure on the exhaust.Nobody out there has any info on test wheel part numbers??
