"What tempature should the engine run at at around 3000 rpms , the speed of the boat is around 30 MPH , its a deep V 19' its running between 200 and 220 , this is on the columbia river.
Is it normal to have some water in the boat ??
You would be right a newer boat owner ."

160-190 degrees. You should change the w/p impeller in the outdrive and inspect exhaust water jackets if the impeller doesnt fix it.
not normal to have water unless the boat is wood
