for those looking for a temp gauge all in one kit, found this one, BRP 0175412 Temp Gauge Kit, some old stock still out there

Nice find. Do you have any idea what models are compatible with this kit? I did a quick look and see any lists of models/years.

paper work says copyright 1992, 40-50, 3 cylinder and loop V models , and 20- 30 and cross flow V models. but basically gauge has connections for sensor, ground, positive lead and positive for light, sensor screws directly into head or mounts with Z bracket, ebay or even this site, (2)in stock
