I'm new to the forum and hope someone will be able to advise.
The port engine on our boat fails to turn over when the key is turned to start. The trip switch shown in the attachment operates each time the ignition switch is operated. There is power to the instruments until the trip operates.
The problem first appeared 10minutes after the engine was running and I saw the upper rev counter stop reading.
I stopped the engine using the 'stop lever' on the solenoid and the engine hasn't started since then.
The starboard engine works perfectly
