I want to purchase a repair manual for my 2010 Tahatsu MFS 20 Outboard, all of the manuals I have seen go from 1999-2009 will this manual also pertain to my motor?

Year is unimportant/irrelevant for servicing. Skip the aftermarket manuals. Buy a Factory service manual from any dealer (including me).

No. The 30B is a 3-cylinder EFI motor; The manual you need covers 25B & 30B 4-stroke models. These are the EFI 4-stroke models. Part # 003-21054-1, $58.29
