I have a 74 t380 Tecumseh outboard engine. Every time I prime the fuel pump I get fuel coming out of the hole on the side of the carburetor. Was wondering what the purpose of this hole was and why it would be causing the problem.I rebuilt the carburetor with a kit from eBay.
