I noticed a slight leaking of

I noticed a slight leaking of gear oil on the prop. I took off the prop and noticed the leaking seal. How do I get to the seal once the prop is removed or do I need to take it to the shop?

Those seals are notorious for failing. At least the old ones were. They were redesigned.
I had mine replaced two years ago by the shop. I brought in the lowers and they charged me an hour each plus parts.
I had them back the very next day.

"You have to remove the Bearin

"You have to remove the Bearing Carrier. This requires a special tool although it can be done without it. When I did mine, I screwed 3 hardened bolts in where the tool screws in and then wedged a large screwdrive in between them and unscrewed the bearing carrier. The hard part is getting the new bearing in as it is rather hard to get to to seat it in. Get the Seloc manual and you'll see what I mean."
