"Yes...and no. The flywheel and damper pulley in front is different. I THINK the oil pans are the same but I've heard dirty rumors that they aren't. Most of the other stuff is similar, as are the mounts and bellhousing bolt pattern.

Good luck! You''l need to add an inch or two of pitch to your props. (A good prop shop can do it for you.)

PS: Mine is an '85 Sedan with 360s. Damn good boats!"

"360s use a different pan than the 273s, 318s, and 340s, as I understand, due to a larger rear main diameter."

"I did my la318 to a 360 magnum, bellhouseing was the same, left motor mount was about 1 inch out, had to reballance "front dampener and flywheel", exhaust and cooling system all worked good. The 360 had a lot more power and got the same fuel milage. The magnum 360 had taller valve covers and made it a tight fit for the plug wires to fit by the exhaust and coves."

Where did you end up getting t

Where did you end up getting the oil pan from and where did you get the stuff balanced a machine shop.

Thanks Tom

oil pan was from Mopar $100.00

oil pan was from Mopar $100.00. after market front dampener $180.00. balancing of the engine was done at a engine shop "Custom Balancing & Blueprinting" and cost $350.00. I used the 318 flywheel and had it balanced to the 360. Was very happy with job!
