Swim platform ladder parts

On my Sea Ray 330 Sundancer, my ladder that is mounted on the underside of the swim platform keeps sliding out. I beleive the plastic catches are worn. Where can I find these parts. Have all manuals. Parts are noted in any manuals.

The catches in the back of the ladder way up under the swim platform have detents that are worn out. Probably cheaper to remove and have new machined. But I need to get wet and go under to get to them and hope I don't drop anything. Any body know the ladder manufacturer to see if parts still available?
