"After removing the 470 and the transom plate, I tried to install the transom plate to the 120 hp but the bolts didn't line up, I thought that it was supposed to be a standard pattern, Does this mean that I have to use the old gimbal housing from the 120? If so Can anyone tell me if i'll run into any other problems? Also the wiring going out thru the gimbal is a little frayed, Is that hard to replace? After going this far, I hete to give up yet...Ray"
