"I currently have a 1987 200HP

"I currently have a 1987 200HP and I am looking at buying a 1991 225HP. Will this motor work with my existing gauges and controls?

Also, on the boat that the 225HP is coming off of... will a 2006 225HP HPDI work with the 1991 gauges and controls."
