" I have a blown 1988 OMC Cobra outdrive linked to a 5.0L HO engine. It is model number 985687. Will a King Cobra drive mount to the same transome plate? The model number of the King Cobra is 983843. If it does line up, is the ratio different, and will it cause a problem? Has anyone tried this?
