Swap AQ130C for a 305 Chevy

"I have a 1975 Bayliner 16'8" Cascade with an AQ130c 4 cylinder, How difficult would it be to drop in a 305 Chevy in place of it? A friend of mine has an identical boat as mine but is running a 305 Chevy motor with a 280 outdrive, I have a 270 outdrive. What is my old engine worth?
Any information or comments would be appreciated."
