No I am struggling to get a dt50 suzuki manual

Suzuki df40 2013
Rpm 3000 limited problem
Neutral switch ok
Throttle body changed with pump from another running condition boat.
New spark plug
New injector
Ignition coil ok
Diagnostic tool not showing any faults
Engine fully overhauled but cannot solve the problem.
Any help??
