Suzuki dt25c loosing power

I have a 97 dt25c that I inherited upon my father in laws death. I've never been in the boat prior to know how long the issue has been. The issue is when I put the boat on the water it will idle and run ok at low rpm. Once I try to go and put it under a load it feels and sounds like one of the cylinders cuts out. If I go back to idle it sounds to kick back in. I've cleaned the carbs to the best of my knowledge, replaced spark plugs, fuel tank, and fuel line with primer bulb. I have 120lbs of compression on all 3 cylinders. I'm at a loss.

A good place to start is a genuine Suzuki service manual. It will have specifications and troubleshooting for your engine. If you think you’re loosing spark then start there. While at idle pull one plug wire at a time and see if that makes a difference, with a helper (if needed) repeat the above procedure when the engine is bucking. Wear thick gloves, you will likely get zapped if you try with bare hands.

You replaced the water pump impeller ?----Does spark jump a gap of 3/8" on each lead ?----Perhaps run with a timing light to see if one of the cylinders is loosing spark.---Did motor sit for a long time with fuel in the carburetors?
