Suzuki DT25 Poor Water Circulation

"After discovering poor water circulation I installed a new water pump kit, this did nothing, so i changed the head gasket, water jaket housing gasket, thermostat and still have poor circulation."

is it poor water circulation ? .

or could it be a blocked tell tale valley ?

I have a suzuki dt30 1983, the water circulation is brilliant, but i know there is a piece of old impellor that
often blocks the valley to the tell tale.
unless i use a stiff wire to move the old piece of rubber i get no tell tale, once cleared it shoots through to
give a real good jet of water.
To see if you have water circulation watch the outlet at the top of leg to see if any water comes out once
the thermostat opens..
or maybe this is the problem, a stuck thermostat ?????
