Hey Just in time. I have been told by an old Suzuki mechanic that the 1986 150HP engines are just detuned larger motors just so Suzuki could stay in the HP limit at the time on tournament trails. He told me If I put on the larger carbs and a different stuffing box It would idle and start better and come out of the hole off of idle smoother? Also said a side benefit would be more horseposer. Is he full of it?
