Suzuki DT140 1997 runs and stalls

Helo everybody.I bought this engine vith burned pistons.Repaid everything.Startid it and the problems bigin: engine starts works roughly and stalls.Temperature, oil and check indicators lights.I replaced cdi control unit, temperature sensor, termostat, magneto and both sensors and nothing changed.I have a repair manual, i read it, but i cant find such kind of problem when all 3 indicators light up.Can somebody help me?Sory for my english i am from Lithuania.

Did somebody knows how to test pulse coil?Its now 320 ohms, but voltage is about 0,3V vhen engine is working.

I have a 2000 DT140 with the same problem. I have replaced water pump,temp sensor,magneto all by boat repair dealers. The last place I took it to(authorized Suzuki dealer) told me it was the engine control unit($2000) but wouldn't guarantee that would fix it,so I brought it home. Have you had any luck fixing your problem
