Suzuki DF40 Running rough when accelerating, possible fuel issue?

Hello, first time posting here, all feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

I've had this boat for about a year now with no issues at first. I replaced the water impeller and spark plugs, checked oil ( oil condition and levels looked good), also added fuel additive since the previousowner said he had it sitting for a year or so.. After the repairs I took it out for a test drive. At first cranked right up and idled just fine, once I gave it some gas it started bogging down and would not gain any speed. Sounds like a fuel issue, maybe it's the additive I added junked up the injectors, not sure? I have a water separator and checked for water and didn't see any in the reservoir. If anyone has any ideas what it can be I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks again
I added a video of it idling and accelerating

The motor in the video is limiting RPMs because it is in neutral, try putting it in forward gear and revving it.

If it's exhibiting this problem on the water then it might be a fuel problem, are you using fresh gas?

So this was your first run since you purchased the boat a year ago after it sat for a year or so from the previous owner? You do mention “I've had this boat for about a year now with no issues at first”. Trying to figure out how old your fuel is, your explanation of it bogging down sounds like old fuel, idles fine but bogs down under load.

I agree with Stickerbush, you’re hitting the rev limiter. It should limit the RPMS to 3000 in neutral.

Fuel additive shouldn’t gum up the injectors nor will it make bad gas better.

You don’t mention any codes so I’m assuming you have no codes on the tachometer.
