Suzuki df40 rpm limited 3000

Suzuki df40 2013
Rmp 3000 limited issue
What i did to solve this problem
Over haul
Change ecm
Change fuel pump and throttle
All new spark plug and injector
Neutral switch ok
Diagnostic tool not showing any faults
Battery charge ok
Idle very smooth
Not stalling
Idle and 3000 normal… 3000 little vibrating

Any help??

Rpm limited problem.
All valve change
All rings
Compression not checked because piston ring new, new valve

Now problem is
Idle very smooth… rpm dropping.. if suddenly throttle up rpm 5000 but automatically rpm dropping .. I connected pressure gauge while starting pressure not dropping always (40psi)


but engine rpm dropping… no fault according to diagnostic tool.
