I've got twin 250 suzuki w

I've got twin 250 suzuki when starting cold first thing in a.m. engine will fire up idle will increase as normal then idle down make a sound like a sucking noise or vacum suction almost like starving for fuel and stall if i advance throttle in neautral start eng. let it warm up about 1 min. at 1200/1500rpm its ok rest of day its only 1 motor it didn't do it the first summer any thaughts thank you

"Your sympton sounds exactly like what happens to carborated 2 stroke Yami's in cold winter temps. Carbs icing up. I have to keep rpms down until block temp gets up and keeps ice from forming. Once the engine warms up, all is good. If I rev the engine up when its cold the air moves faster through the carbs, resulting in colder temps and ice. The engine slowly drops off as ice forms, smokes and quits."
