Suzuki DF100A temperature problem.

A friend has a Suzuki DF100 engine and has the following problem. At 6k rpm, after a while, the temperature indicator light on the indicator visible in the photo lights up and the engine starts to stall. It is enough to lower the idle speed and the light goes out and the engine works normally. Sometimes you have to turn it off and then on again, it works fine up to 6k rpm. When working at around 5k, there is no problem. I connected the engine to the computer and it did not show any errors. The Service All Data reading shows some errors, but only one increases its number because a few days earlier, when checking, it was visible 13 times, then 15 times. This is the NO. OF OVERHEAT (GRADIENT) error. I can share the All Service Data file if someone could help solve the problem.
The thermostat was pulled out, but the error is still there. The pump impeller was replaced before the season during service. Additionally, the spark plugs were recently replaced because the engine started to work unevenly.
Where can I find the water pressure regulator and temperature sensor, does anyone have photos?
Looking at the video, can anyone answer whether exhaust gases should flow through these holes?

Thank you. I'll check.

The thermostat was pulled out. The pulled out thermostat also showed an error.

Do you have a pdf? I could translate it into Polish.
