"Hello I have a 2001 Evinrude(Suzuki) 50 HP, check engine code 32. I removed the Throttle Body and cleaned it.I sprayed carb cleaner down plastic tube that hooks to the throttle body, I think this tube goes to the IAC valve.I reinstalled all and clearer the codes and started the engine. Engine idling at 1200 rpm's after warm up, I remove the rubber plug in the throttle body and tried to lower rpm by turning in on the screw. I could only get it to idle down to 900 rpm, and that is with the screw all the way down.
All seems ok now, but I'm a little concerned that I couldn't get the rpm's any lower. I'm thinking I might still have an issue with my IAC valve because I can't get rpm's lower than 900 at operating temperature.I've looked on line to find a new IAC valve but no luck, where can I fine one? Also can anyone furnish me a list of all the codes for this engine for future reference. Thanks in Advance Floyd"
