"I just had my twins serviced - oil, lower unit fluid, plugs and fuel filters changed. Now the port engine stalls at 3,000 rpms and will not run any faster. When idling down, the rpms will hang there at the 3,000 level, then drop quickly to 2,000. After that it will idle down normally. I think it's my port fuel filter. What do you think?"
