Suzuki '86 DT150 water leak

Hi All,

My DT150, whilst running very well, has developed a water leak from near the top of the inside of the starboard head.
All compressions are even and around 105psi. What should I expect to find?

I have removed the water flow sensor and taken a look inside. Normal salt type corrosion build up inside. Should I expect the gasket to be gone, or corrosion of the head or block?

Has anybody had this occur?

So pulled the head this morning. Block has a point of corrosion in the water jacket. Expect I can have this welded.
Looks like a previous owner had attempted (unsuccessfully) to inject some 'goop' to stop the flow.
This was always going to be a temporary fix as found the fix virtually fell off when prodded.
