Suzuki 300 2011 ENGINE DATA FLASHING

Hi, I have a 2011 Suzuki 300 on the back of a flyer 750. 454 hours and very tidy. Engine runs fine but after i had flat batteries im not getting the engine data flashing on the screens. Not just one screen but all of them. I do have the older style digital gauges but all are in full working order. Weird thing is when I first start the engine the data doesn’t flash for the first few mins and then will start to flashing…. I have changed both batteries…. Any ideas? Could it be the battery voltage relay cutting in and causing the issues?
