"I have a 1/2 in. burn hole in the top front and top of my EC module.Run ok but will just shut down, wait a minute restart will be ok for awhile.Thought it was fuel related but checked everything.Then thought to check wiring and found this.Anyone ever heard of this.Do I need a new one if so where to get a good price?

I've never heard of a problem like that. Anything burned when it comes to wires indicates a problem of some kind.

I sent you an email about an ECU if you think you need one.
