Suugestions for evinrude motor

i have a 79 100 hp evinrude an

i have a 79 100 hp evinrude and i just rebuilt the carbs. i put in new fuel and water pump.i also changed the thermostats. i replaced one bad stador. its starts fine but studders a little bit. does anyone one have any suggestions? what is the gas/mixture on that same motor? thank you!!!!
