"While cruising on the Mississippi at full throttle, the motor started to slow down, like I was throttling it down but wasn't, untill it came to a stop. The mechanics at the marina can't get it going. They say it has spark, gas and compression. They can get it to emit a little smoke but it won't start. Any ideas? This motor sat for many years in a garage but ran fine on several occassions untill this."
