stripped shifter lever

1981 Trojan F36. The teeth and screw on the shifter lever stripped out and I cant find what make,model it is. THe only # I found was M1094D3P cast into the dogleg.I would rather replace the lever and "dogleg" if I could any help on how or where I can I.D. and buy the parts?
