Stripped out spark plug holes

I have an Evinrude 1961 5.5 hp

I have an Evinrude 1961 5.5 hp. One of the plug holes is stripped any idea what size helicoil I need? Alos have a 40 hp Johnson 1967 with the same problem.
Would appreciate any help you can give.

There is also a solid insert which you can use instead of the helicoil. I like the solid ones better. Epoxy them into the head."
