"Evinrude 150 has a strange pa

"Evinrude 150 has a strange pattern. Engine will start and run normal for approx 25 minutes, then it will start to run very rough and shake badly. Will not throtle up at all, and the idle will change by it's self to 2000 rpm. The engine is not running hot (102 - 104), but if allowed to sit overnight, it will start and run normal again for about 25 minutes. All of the following has been replaced: power pack, stator, voltage reg., optical sensor, water pump, pistons, rings, bearings, carb kit, thermostats (2). What now?"
 
can the synchronization be che

can the synchronization be checked with the Evinrude dignostic station? Could the timing be slipping? which linkage?

"the L & S procedure's are done,between throttle,carbs and ignition linkages.The tool u speak of,is to set low spd and high spd timing.Also,on the timing wheel,..it MUST HAVE a wave washer on it,..as for as not throttling up,..back to linkages to verify everything is moving/advancing as it should.If u are stuck in 'quick-start'..it could do the starting things u mention,but it should still throttle up...
on this engine,i would start at the basics...comp--spark--fuel,timing,L & S procedures,...if all is well,...something is screwy w/the pack(dbl firing) or more serious internals not rebuilt right."
