how about some torque specs, also your opinion
on using sealer,,,on the head gasket,,,
proab not,,, but there sure aint much sealing surface around them jugs,,,,,and how about them baffle gakets or side plate gaskets,,any sealent
or possible torque specs,? i have noticed that they used a orange substance in four of the baffle screw holes two pass through water and the other two not sure ,,what is it ? ( that orange sealer) ?? well i was defitlently getting weater in them jugs,,,, also i have notice alot of blown black substane from the top of the crankcase area just under the aluminum coil plate and made its way up into the points and con denser area it is a mess , and extensive,,
yes i have already purchased the top crank shaft seal, but iam wondering if that material came from breaking down over time ) from that in side swivel
that lets the aluminum coil plate swivel (a bearing or donut looking piece that sits inside of that brasslooking plate,, was it once packed with grease and
has now broke down and has blown every were???
and im having fits with them three screws that hold on that brass plate so i can look closer at the upper middle crank shaft seal under that plate,,,,and that cast aluminum is delicate,,,, it is a black blown every were oily sub stance im sure a prussure test is in order now,,
what all has to be sealed off to do that??
to make it long and drawn out how bad does a fly wheel have to be cracked for the motor not to run?? in the key way area or were?
any ways im gonna get that johnson runnin
if its the last thing i do
