Stern Drive Won't go up

I have a 2006 Maxum 2200. Today the stern drive went down but would not go up. There is no noise when UP is pressed. I checked all fuses and they look good. Is there an emergency way of getting the drive up so I can get the boat home?

Thank you. I want to do that but I don't know where or what to jump the battery to? I see where the battery connects to the pump but then there's a lot of other stuff down there too.

To get the boat off the launch ramp I pulled the hydraulic tilt arms off and tied the engine up.
 
from the + battery to the blue motor wire, if it works check/replace the solenoid, if it dosent may be a motor brush.

Ayuh,... I'd sooner think ya tied the Drive up....
