"Hi guys,
Ok taking my sterndrive off for the third time, im redoing it all this time im tired of taking it apart to fix things. One word of advice if you replace the bellows do the shift cable then cause it will haunt you. Im replacing the Shift cable, gimble bearing, lower water pump agian ran it dry while winterizing so im just gonna replace it again. New prop darn sand bar got me last day out. I also need to replace the trim sender and limit switch i found the problem with them when i touched the wireing and it disenegrated. Now the real reason for post. I need to replace the trim hydraulic lines one is leaking somewhere and i just bought them all. I am tearing down to the transom plate and gimble ring. To replace these hoses what else needs to come out , i really dont want to pull engine but i can. I have a complete shop for buiding cars and engines. Also and tricks for the shifting cable and stuff its been a nightmare with shifting it likes sticking in reverse and i barely touch the linkage after putting in forward and boom i go into forward but im out of adjustment so i figure just replace the lower cable from plate to sterndrive. I have bought the hinge pin tool and shifter table tool."
