I repowered a proline 24 with

I repowered a proline 24 with a 200hpdi and took off a 225 ox66. I used the same cables for shifing and throttle and the same hydraulic steering. The engine now only turns a little and not as much as it did before. I know it should turn more and was wondering if I need a longer cylinder or a different bracket. I really have issues with putting it in the slip with only being able to steer a little. Any info on this issue would be a great help.

"When you installed the piviot

"When you installed the piviot bolt in the tiller arm of the engine, you used the wrong hole. See if there isn't another hole closer in toward the engine."

"Yep, Jamie's right, commo

"Yep, Jamie's right, common mistake. Is the OX66 for sale?? Let us know how the HPDI compares to the OX66 performance wise."

"I bought the boat with a bad

"I bought the boat with a bad engine. I got a great deal on it as wel las the engine. I paid 11,000 for the engine installed with a 3 year warranty. It has so far given me no issues although it is a little underpowered. I saw a hole closer to the engine and think that will work. Thanks for all the info, you probaly saved me a bunch of money."
