I have a 2014 Mercury 115 four stroke Efi outboard. It starts right up and idles fine. I then can run it wide open with no issues. Shutoff motor and anchored. Start back up and run wide open again. Runs good for a while then starts to sputter. Back it down to about half throttle and runs ok. Back up to full throttle and starts to sputter. Changed spark plugs and replaced fuel filter. Drained fuel and put new fuel in. Still does the same thing. Runs great for a while, then starts to sputter. Need help. Any ideas?
