" i just bought a 1997 johnson 200 venom and am having major problems starting the engine. I had a 525 cca battery that would turn the engine but not start it. I jumped it off by connecting jumper cables to the trolling batteries. i thought that i did not have enough cca's so i bought an 800 cca battery, but am still having the same problem. the motor will turn over, but will not start. I had the compression checked before i bought it and each plug was 90-92. please help!
any assstance would be greatly appreciated! "

" If the engine is turning over then check to see if you have fuel and spark.You have to have to have compression, fuel, and spark to start.Let us know "
