Starting problems

I have a 1992 maxum ski boat with a 350 in it has the thunderbolt ignition also all of a sudden it want start put volt meter on battery it has 11.90 volts but it barley turns over now put a battery charger on it it will fire right up and the battery charger is not even been on it 30 seconds
Anybody got any suggestions ?

Load test your battery and check all your cable connections. There are two ends to each cable, they must all be clean.

Try cleaning the terminals and connections where they contact the battery.
