Starting after long storage

I haven't used my boat for 8 years because of work. I'm finally getting to work on it. The question is what should I replace? 2 stroke 1994 Johnson 9.9 electric start.. I am doing the water pump and gear case seals. Any other recommendations? It did start up and ran fine after all that time.

After you get the other work done, take it out and run it and see how it goes.
