HELP!! I just had my boat ser

HELP!! I just had my boat serviced with New Electronic Points at a Marina. They had the boat tuned up and ready to go. I got home and was ready to go out this weekend and the starter is making clicking sounds and barely turns the motor. I put a Brand New $100.00 Battery in and same thing. I did remember on the way home I hit a huge bump in the road and I wondering if something happened at that point? If my starter is bad what brand is it and where can I get another? Thanks
 
I'd begin by checking that

I'd begin by checking that the battery connections at the terminals and starter are clean and tight and that the battery is indeed charged and that you don't have a dead cell. New battery does not always equal a charged battery. Get a hydrometer and check the sg of all the cells.

"Hello thostorey, Well do I feel stupid. I placed the battery on a charger and let it charge all day. Got home tonight and hooked it back up and whooohoooo it works great. What a difference the electronic points make. Starts up every time. I did check the voltage from the alt and it is putting out 14volts. Thanks Warren"
