"I have a FourWinn 1998 QX spo

"I have a FourWinn 1998 QX sport, I tried to start the boat the other day. Have not used in 3 months, had to jump start, when I tried to turn over I could hear a couple of clicks and then all gauges started to fall. Blew 10 amp fuse for ignition in fuse box. Have tried the same thing 4 times, and same results. Is this a sign of bad starter or another problem. Boat has been in garage for the last 3 months. Last time used ran great. thanks for any help"
 
Maybe the engine is hydro-lock

Maybe the engine is hydro-locked? You may want to remove the spark plugs and crank again to see if there is liquid inside the cylinders.

"I would try to turn it over by hand. If that works, then pull the atarter and have it bench tested. Good luck."

The clicks you hear are from the ignition relay or starter solenoid? To check either simply bypass and diagnose from there..
